Gmaily.net provides temporary disposable email addresses through a web interface and REST API. Users can create temporary email addresses, receive messages, and extract verification codes. The service is designed for legitimate purposes such as software testing, development, and privacy protection.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API key. You must not share your API key with unauthorized parties. One person or entity may not maintain more than one account.
You agree NOT to use Gmaily.net to:

- Send spam or unsolicited messages
- Impersonate other individuals or organizations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other systems
- Abuse, harass, or threaten others
- Violate intellectual property rights

Gmaily.net is currently a free service. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or change pricing in the future with reasonable notice. Any existing paid balance will remain valid.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.
Gmaily.net is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for missed verification codes, delayed messages, or any damages arising from the use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the last 12 months.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Any remaining balance may be forfeited if termination is due to terms violation.
